The hotel's convenient proximity to the tram station made getting around a breeze, with a quick 20-minute ride to the vibrant Duomo area. The complimentary parking was a huge bonus, allowing us to explore the city with ease. The staff were not just helpful but went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, truly exceptional service. The spacious room was impeccably clean, and the bed and pillows provided the perfect balance of firm support and comfort. Additionally, the presence of a garden added a lovely touch to the overall ambiance of the hotel. Raffaello truly stands out for its attention to detail and guest satisfaction, making it a standout choice for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Florence.
